Day 30!
Day 30 is officially complete! It’s been easier than I thought to make time to paint. Going forward I plan on focusing on fewer paintings, but to spend more time on those paintings. Hopefully I can keep it up and learn some new techniques.

Getting close to the end of my 30 day journey. Somehow I don’t think I’ll slow down too much after this. I’ve really fallen in love with painting more than ever and I’ve got a good habit going. My goal going forward will be to focus on details and keep working at getting better.

I finished today’s picture rather early this morning after a bout of insomnia had me up and moving around 1am. Painting helps me relax and I was able to get back to sleep for a few hours around 5am or so. My voice in painting seems to be vivid colors, especially in the sky. I
